We are looking for an Attendance Officer to start at the academy in as soon as possible. You will play a key role in working with the Attendance team to promote positive attendance to the academy along with maintaining accurate records and administrative duties.

This post is for 37 hours per week / 39 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to work well in a busy team or independently
  • Have experience of working within a school
  • Have a positive outlook, helpful and flexible nature
  • Have excellent office and IT skills, including SIMS, Word and Excel programmes
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Have the ability to work in partnership with both colleagues and outside agencies
  • Have excellent communication skills
