We are seeking someone who is energetic and competent to take on the role of Cover Supervisor. The role involves the supervision of whole classes under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, including implementation of work programmes, managing student behaviour and assisting students in relevant activities.
Applicants will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a confident, reliable and professional manner, very good literacy and numeracy skills, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications or experience and have the ability and desire to work with young people.
