Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Greenfield E-ACT Academy (Maternity Cover)

Salary: Scale Point 19, Full Time Equivalent £24,799 (Actual Salary £19,549.56)

Start Date: January 2019

Contract: Temporary (Maternity Cover)

Hours: 33.5 hours per week, Term-Time only plus one week

Location: Greenfield E-ACT Academy

Greenfield E-Act Academy are looking to appoint a confident and flexible Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support children across upper key stage 2 (years 5 and 6) in all aspects of their learning, including supervising whole classes to cover teachers’ Planning, Preparation and Assessment time.

Previous primary school experience is essential.

You must be patient and caring, able to support learning across the curriculum working in partnership with teachers and parents. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
