Keen to challenge young people with opportunities they may not even know exist yet?

At DSLV Primary Academy we aim to raise pupils’ aspirations so they develop self-belief and understand there is nothing holding them back, including where they happen to live or their family’s experience of education.

How can you help to inspire our students?

We are passionate about improving the life chances of our pupils and understand inspirational teachers like you can really make a difference.

We are searching for an innovative Key Stage 2 teacher who will truly inspire our pupils, build their confidence and enable them to strive towards their potential.

For a full description of the role, see the job description and person specification.

We are happy to accommodate academy visits and answer any questions you may have regarding the role – please get in touch!

Our Academy:

An ambitious, all- through academy for 3 to 19 year olds in Daventry, Northamptonshire. We set no limits on learning and our pupils are challenged to reach their full potential.

A great place to live and work:

A historic market town in Northamptonshire, Daventry is home to two E-ACT academies. There is plenty to keep residents occupied including the popular Daventry County Park and reservoir for those interested in countryside walks and picturesque cycling paths.

Part of the E-ACT family:

We are an E-ACT academy and proud to be part of a community that includes over 18,000 pupils and 2,300 teaching and non-teaching professionals across the country. E-ACT multi-academy trust is responsible for 29 academies across the length and breadth of England.

Our academies can collaborate and share ideas with one another in ways that schools may not be able to. Most importantly, we all feel part of something much bigger than our responsibilities go far beyond the four walls of a single academy, and extend to people and their communities across the country.

We are always on the look out for dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic people so we can continue to give every one of our pupils the opportunity to explore, solve, create and achieve.

In return, we offer the chance to work with amazing people and inspirational pupils, as well as a great salary and sector-learning work-life balance arrangements.
