Located just eight miles from Birmingham and six miles from Wolverhampton, Walsall is home to three academies.
We are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within a reception class. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding early year’s practitioner who will fit into our expanding academy. We are currently a two form entry academy expanding to three form from September 2019 starting with Reception cohort.
They should hold a minimum qualification of Level 3, have a proven track record to support a class teacher (early years preferred) good IT skills and have an understanding of the EYFS framework. Makaton trained would be an advantage.
