Regional Finance Assistant (Central Finance Team)
Salary: Spine Point 7 £19,554 per annum
Location: E-ACT South West Office based in Whitchurch
Contract: Permanent & Full Time
Hours: 37 per week (ideally 09:00-17:00 but we will consider other working patterns)
Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a new opportunity?
We are looking for a driven Finance Assistant to join our central finance team supporting 6 E-ACT Academies in Bristol. We would like you to have an interest and passion in what we do. We are looking for a team player, who is self-motivated with a great work ethic.
The post will include the following duties:
- Email account ownership
- Processing orders onto financial system
- Matching goods received notes to invoices
- Processing invoices onto financial system
- Preparing payment runs
- Evaluation of quotations to ensure the Academies achieve best value for money and procurement procedures are being followed
- Supplier set up and maintenance
- Statement Reconciliations
- To provide a good standard of customer service to our stakeholders
