An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Administrator to work for the Regional HR Officer, providing HR management and support for two of our Academies in Daventry.
We are seeking a motivated Regional HR Administrator to work in our busy Regional Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent HR administrative, organisational and IT skills. They will need to be proactive in their approach, resilient and able to work on their own initiative.
This is a fast-paced role and therefore the ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision as well as work as part of a wider team, is essential. Previous experience of working in HR is desirable but not essential.
The candidate will need to have the confidence to challenge senior management to ensure policy is followed. Safer Recruitment and schools HR exposure including managing the single central record would be a distinct advantage. Part CIPD qualified or an interest in working towards would be preferred.
The hours will be Monday to Friday 10-14:30. Term time only.
The pro rata salary is – £9,491-£9,776 per annum.
