REPORTING TO:                          Regional Director of Operations (Midlands)


E-ACT multi-academy trust is responsible for 25 academies across the length and breadth of England.  Our academies can collaborate and share ideas with one another in ways that schools may not be able to. Most importantly, we all feel part of something much bigger as our responsibilities go far beyond the four walls of a single academy, and extend to people and their communities across the country.

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to

  • To support regional strategic leadership/development of the HR operation of all Academies to meet performance targets and ensure long term staffing stability.
  • To provide reports, analysis and forecasts of recruitment and induction, staff turnover, performance management, absences and HR issues, co-ordinate all processes to meet monthly KPIs and audit requirements.
  • To ensure adherence of all HR policies and support the delivery to achieve regional consistency.
