E-ACT currently has the following opportunity for an experienced Regional HR Lead to join our team based at Shenley Academy
SCP 32 – 34
Full Time Salary £28,485 – £30,153
Term Time Only + 3 weeks Pro rata salary
We are seeking to recruit an innovative, highly-skilled, motivated and experienced HR Lead. The post holder must be a confident HR Lead with the ability to manage Human Resources processes and procedures for our Secondary and Primary E-ACT Academy. The post holder will need to work on their own initiative and must have excellent ICT skills and be able to work at a senior level within a busy environment. CIPD qualified and a background in school/educational Human Resources would be desirable. Experience of working with SIMS or a similar package would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be able to make use of the E-ACT exciting and in-depth CPD programme.
